This Windows program is useful for merging and playing back PCM WAV files. The program has a feature to merge two files and play back the files.
Release notes:
Program works only with uncompressed PCM WAV files.
You may simply download it, then unzip and put the exe to any folder on your hard drive, and run. The program does not require installation. The download does not contain any virus, spyware, adware or malware.
